Chelsea Hemgude Zuzindlak is an immigration attorney with over a decade of experience representing individuals before EOIR and USCIS. They started their career as the sole Attorney Advisor to four immigration judges at the Detroit Immigration Court through the Attorney General’s Honors Program. Chelsea’s areas of legal expertise include FOIA-based case investigation, immigration benefits analysis and case strategy, and preparing the Alien File or “record” for federal litigation. Chelsea no longer offers direct legal representation for new clients under the auspices of Hemgude Zuzindlak PLLC. They are presently employed as a Senior Attorney at Ellis Porter PLC in the firm's Green Card Services division. They provide representation relative to the Green Card process for individuals with approved I-140 petitions.
